ModelWise is built on a simple principle: your prompts are yours. We process only what's necessary to suggest the right AI model, and nothing more.

1. Data Minimization & Purpose

ModelWise exists solely to suggest the optimal AI model for your prompt. We only process data that is strictly necessary for this function — nothing beyond what is required to return a suggestion.

2. Stateless Processing

We do not collect or store your prompts. When you submit a prompt, the text is transmitted via TLS 1.3 to our backend for millisecond-duration analysis and is immediately discarded after the suggestion is returned.

3. No Local Storage

This extension does not use the chrome.storage API. No history of your prompts or suggestions is saved on your device at any time.

4. Third-Party Disclosures

We use the Google Gemini API for intent classification. This processing is governed by Google's Enterprise terms, ensuring your data is not used for model training.

We never sell your data or share it with advertisers. No third party receives your prompts for any commercial purpose.
